In addition, keep in mind that exercising at home and in special places such as the gym or fitness center will give different results to the body. This is due to the limited tools for practicing at home. So, Regina suggests investing in simple tools like dumbbells for weight training.
"Even though the progress is not the same, it doesn't mean we can't maintain our routine for exercise. Again, our goal is to increase immunity, fight the pandemic, right, maintain health. Not to increase muscle mass, to lose weight," Regina said.
In fact, according to Regina, a calorie deficit is not recommended during a pandemic like this. "It can actually interfere with our bodies, which are still trying to increase our immune system. We want to be healthy, why are we forced to do extreme sports, or forced to consume less food," Regina explained.
In the end, Regina emphasized that exercise should be based on the motivation for health first and should not be forced to get the same results as others.

Meanwhile, my friends' lifestyles are different. So, I prefer friends who want to shape their bodies, or want to get a certain body, it's to prioritize health first.
