5 Ways to Treat Chapped Heel with Natural Materials
Talking about cracked, cracked feet is one of the most common problems. However, some people are not smart to handle it.

1. Avocado oil & vitamin E
Rich in essential oils, vitamins, and fats, avocados help repair dry skin, thus treating chapped heels with regular use.
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of avocado pulp and 1 tablespoon of vitamin E oil
How to apply it; Mix the two ingredients until smooth. Apply this cream mixture on the heels and feet. Leave for about 20 minutes and then wash with warm water. Repeat this once a day for the desired results.
2. Banana & papaya
Bananas and papaya work as natural moisturizers for the skin so that they treat dry and cracked feet or heels when used repeatedly. These fruits also make the skin on the feet soft and smooth.
Ingredients: 1/2 cooked banana and 4-5 pieces of ripe papaya
How to apply it; Add half the banana to a bowl, add a few pieces of papaya and mash both ingredients until you get a smooth and consistent paste.
Apply to your heels and feet and leave for 15-20 minutes. Wash with warm water and pat dry. Use this once a day for the desired results.

Rosewater (rose water) has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties that help in repairing cracked heels.
Ingredients: 1 tbsp rose water and 1 tbsp glycerin
