Rita explained that the nutritious food menu should include six elements. Namely carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals, and water. And this applies to all age groups.

This definition of eating is certainly different from drinking which is entering water into the body (gulping it). While breakfast is an activity of eating and drinking, so breakfast should include the process of eating and drinking not just drinking.
